1. Eligibility & Identity
By using our services, you agree to provide accurate identification. To protect our users and infrastructure, we enforce strict identity policies:
Strict "One Account" Policy
Multiple Accounts (Alts) are strictly prohibited. You may not create additional accounts to bypass resource limits, evade bans, or farm rewards.
- Account Sharing: You may not share your account credentials with friends to gain extra resources.
- Proxy/VPN Ban: The use of VPNs, Proxies, or Tor to access the Free Tier panel is forbidden. Our security system requires accurate IP data to protect legitimate users from being hacked.
2. Free Tier Specific Rules
Our Free Tier is a privilege, not a right. To maintain sustainability, the following aggressive policies apply only to Free Tier services (Paid Plans are exempt):
Inactivity & Wipes
- Suspension: Servers inactive for 7 days are automatically suspended.
- The Janitor System: You have exactly 7 days from the date of suspension to appeal or reactivate. After this period, the server and all data are automatically wiped and cannot be recovered.
Emergency Wipes
In rare cases of extreme system overload, we reserve the right to wipe Free Tier data to preserve network integrity.
* We aim to provide a maximum 48-hour notice for you to backup data, but this is a "best effort" service. We are not responsible for data loss.
Resource Credits & Earnings
Resources earned via the dashboard (AFK pages, Linkvertise, etc.) are subject to change or reset at any time, with or without notice. Exploiting bugs to gain resources is a bannable offense.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Violation of this section results in immediate termination without refund.

- DDoS Stressers / Booters / Shells
- Tor Exit Nodes / Public Proxies
- Mass Mailers / Spam Scripts
- Phishing Sites / HYIP Scams
- Illegal Content (CSAM, Terrorism)
Copyright & DMCA
Free Tier: Hosting copyrighted material (cracked games, pirated movies) results in immediate suspension.
Paid Tier: Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, users are given 24-48 hours to remove the infringing content. Failure to comply will result in termination.
4. Fair Use & Resource Limits
The "Unlimited" Definition
"Unlimited" or "Unmetered" bandwidth/storage is provided for legitimate game server usage only.
- Storage: You may not use our servers as a general-purpose file hosting service (e.g., storing 4K movies, personal backups, or large datasets unrelated to your game server). We reserve the right to audit and limit storage (typically capped at 1TB for technical reasons unless otherwise authorized).
- CPU Usage:
- Free Tier: Sustained 100% CPU usage (indicating bad plugins or mining) results in immediate automated suspension.
- Paid Tier: High usage is permitted within reason. Disruptive usage that affects other clients on the node will result in a process kill for safety, followed by a support ticket.
5. Payments & Refunds

| Days 1-7 | Full Refund: No questions asked for new service creation. |
| Days 8-14 | Refund for Fault: Full refund only in cases of confirmed service failure (e.g., outages, system errors). |
| After 14 Days | No Refunds: Services are considered fully consumed. |
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback (via PayPal, Stripe, or Bank) without contacting support first is a violation of these terms.
Consequence: Immediate suspension of ALL your active services and a permanent network ban via our Dragon Systems blacklist.
6. Liability & SLA
Uptime Guarantee (SLA)
We guarantee 99.9% Monthly Uptime for Paid Plans.
- Exclusions: Planned maintenance (notified 48 hours in advance) does not count as downtime.
- Compensation: If downtime exceeds the SLA (excluding planned maintenance), you may be eligible for service credits or a pro-rated refund.
Data Loss Liability
Free Tier
Zero Liability. Your data is your responsibility. We do not provide backups for free services. In the event of a system-wide wipe, we will attempt to give 48h notice, but this is not guaranteed.
Paid Tier (Prestige)
Limited Liability. We maintain disaster recovery backups and do not enforce aggression inactivity wipes on paid plans. However, we are not liable for data loss caused by user error or account compromise.
7. Appeals
If your service is suspended, you have a limited window to appeal before permanent deletion.
- Window: You must appeal within 7 days of the suspension date.
- Channels: Appeals are processed primarily via our Official Discord, but may also be handled via our website or email ([email protected]).
- Finality: Decisions made by the administration regarding ToS violations are final.
